Returns & Refunds
At Morehavens Camomile Lawns, we take great care to ensure our bare root plants are dispatched in peak condition.

1. Perishable Goods & Cancellations
As live bare root plants are perishable, they are exempt from the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We cannot accept returns if you change your mind once the plants have been dispatched. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund.

2. Damaged or Faulty Plants
If your plants arrive damaged or are not of satisfactory quality:
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via morehavens@camomilelawns.co.uk
  • Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the plants and the packaging.
  • If the fault is verified, we will offer a replacement (subject to seasonal availability) or a full refund, including any delivery charges.
3. Health Guarantee
We guarantee that our plants are healthy at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for plants that fail to grow due to:
  • Inadequate storage after delivery (e.g., roots allowed to dry out).
  • Incorrect planting depth or soil conditions.
  • Extreme weather events (frost, drought, or flooding).
  • Damage by pests or diseases after planting.
4. Returns Procedure
Do not return live plants without prior authorisation. If we ask for a return, the plants must be kept moist and packaged securely. For faulty goods, we will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange collection.

5. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
